What does the job entail?
If you become a Certified Field Agent, you’ll be a data retrieval specialist. While our main specialty is on medical record retrieval services, we have successfully retrieved many other kinds of data and important documents that our clients request, including:

Standard Clearance Level Certified Field Agents must fulfill the following requirements:
- Be 18 or older
- They must exhibit a solid work ethic, effective communication and time management skills, and have a drive to serve clients well every day
- Internet connection
- Laptop that will need to be certified by us
- Document scanner and printer (Contact us for specifications and rental programs)
- Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance
- Corporation and/or DBA documentation
- CFA badge worn at all times and professional-looking polo style shirts
- Agree to utilize our patent pending scanning software technology platform
- Pass a background check performed by one of our professional organization partners
- Complete and pass our HIPAA course online training
- Complete our questionnaire and other require documentation
After passing our Standard Clearance Level, you may consider applying to have Advanced Clearance Level. This level includes all the requirements of the Standard Clearance Level and these additional requirements:
- Pass a higher level background check including multiple references
- Previous work experience requirements (for example, retired military, FBI, police, etc.)
- Utilization of higher level technology
- Pass drug screening
- Required education and/or certificates
